Well,it's looking like Isidore is headed straight for us!! I pray that it doesn't hit here because we have so many pines in our back yard that we will lose our house and everything in it!!
If it does hit, let's hope it's not another Camille. That hurricane devastated the Mississippi Gulf Coast to say the very least. I wasn't born yet but I have seen pictures and heard my mom and gdparents talk about it. It threw boats clear out of the gulf and across the street!! They have a tugboat that sits next to a souvenier shop on the coast. It was thrown there during Camille and they just left it there. They keep it painted and looking nice and on the side of it, it says "USS Camille". This one guy that was a teen and lived on the coast said that their house was badly flooded during Camille and they actually had fish in their house!!!
I'm just hoping and praying that it doesn't hit us. Unbelievably, the things I'm worried about losing the most are things that can't be replaced like photographs, the kids baby pictures and baby books and all of their teeny tiny baby clothes that I have saved, like the outfits I brought them home from the hospital in. I can replace my furniture, clothes, etc. but those things can't be replaced. If it looks like it's going to hit, I'm gonna go find me a big ole box and pack it all up and take it with me when I evacuate. That stuff is just too precious to me. I did it when Georges hit!! John and his friend was hauling our furniture and stuff to storage while I was packing photo albums and snatching pictures off of the wall. The only thing left in our living room was the telephone LOL!!! You can bet I'll be packing up my puter too!! LMAO!!!

She had dyed her hair for the 8 days that she was hiding from authorities...hmmm, 8 days is just enough time for any bruises that the baby had to heal!! I know when he gets home today, he needs to get his ass out in the back yard and cut those trees down. There's about 3 of them that pose a threat to our house. I was talking to my great gdma today and she said there is a big oak behind her house that she's worried about but she called someone and they want $500 to cut it down and she just doesn't have that kind of money!! There is no way anyone in our family could do it because its so big, that it would take special equipment to bring it down. My gdpa said if its gonna hit here, that he's gonna go get her but not if I beat him to it!! I'm taking her with us!! I can't make him and my gdma go with us but my great gdma won't care where she goes as long as she gets away from her house!!

LOL!!) is heading back out in deeper waters or warmerwaters, whichever makes hurricanes pick up speed and they said it's very likely it'll be a Hurricane by this afternoon and as of right now, it's expected to hit the coast including La. and Texas.. Maybe it won't do this, but people are preparing for it!!!
